No Minimum Orders

Orders Less Than $100: Add a handling fee of $10.00 per destination

Terms: Opening orders are accepted with Visa, MasterCard, or debit. Net 30 day terms with approved credit. A charge of 2% per month (24% APR) on all orders not paid within terms. A $30.00 NSF will be charged for all cheques returned unpaid.

Freight: All orders shipped FOB, Toronto, Ontario.

Credit Claims: Claims covering defective merchandise and shipping errors must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of goods, or they will not be accepted and or applied to invoices. Please retain any packaging and damaged product to assist in processing a claim.  Please take pictures of all damaged boxes at time of delivery. Return of product will not be accepted without prior authorization. There will be a 20% restocking fee (minimum $10.00) for returned merchandise.
